1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between zc77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers with, or uses any part of the zc77 platform, including but not limited to the website at zc77.ws, associated mobile web interfaces, casino games, sports betting services, promotional materials, live chat support, and payment processing facilities.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game on the zc77 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the zc77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, associations, and other non-natural legal persons may not register as players.

• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant, or close family member of a current employee or director of zc77 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment providers.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you are solely responsible for determining the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction before using the platform.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from zc77 or have an active self-exclusion in place. Attempting to open a new account during an active self-exclusion period is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

zc77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the zc77 verification team may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on zc77 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, zc77 will close all duplicate accounts and may void any winnings or bonuses accumulated across those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zc77 username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. zc77 will treat any activity conducted using your login credentials as activity authorised by you and will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials. You must notify zc77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

zc77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit copies of one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address (dated within the past three months)
• A photograph or screenshot of the payment method (e.g., mobile wallet) used to fund your account, confirming your ownership of that payment method
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, as requested by the verification team

zc77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and place a hold on account balances pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Documents submitted will be handled in accordance with the zc77 Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All financial transactions on the zc77 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at rates determined by the relevant payment processor. zc77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees imposed by payment service providers.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

zc77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected direct bank transfers to accounts held with City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi financial institutions. 4.3 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. zc77 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on individual accounts as a responsible gaming measure or as part of a fraud prevention review, without prior notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing review period. Standard withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket mobile wallets are typically processed within 10 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are not guaranteed and may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawals will only be issued to payment methods that have been used to make a deposit on the same account, and the name on the payment method must match the registered name on the zc77 account. zc77 does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

zc77 takes its obligations with respect to anti-money laundering (AML) seriously. The platform monitors transactions for suspicious patterns. Where suspicious activity is identified, zc77 reserves the right to freeze account funds, request documentation, and report the activity to relevant authorities. Any funds identified as proceeds of crime will be forfeited and reported.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

zc77 offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Each eligible player may claim the welcome bonus once. Multi-accounting to claim the welcome bonus more than once is a material breach of these Terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. 6. Game Rules & Betting

• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, exploit multiple welcome bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion
• Providing false identity information during registration or during the KYC verification process
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit made to zc77 through a payment provider after the funds have been used to place bets

8. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the zc77 platform without the prior written consent of zc77. Scraping, indexing, or mirroring the platform's content in any form is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Amendments to These Terms

12. Termination of Accounts

zc77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
